One way friends - following and followers

Hi, I have a project with one way friend requests and approval_required set to false. I'm attempting to find a user and display two things:

1. The number of users whom a user is following and who they are (which I can do using search friends and looking at the total_results field in the meta data) 
2. For the same user, the number of followers they have and who they are

Is there a way to query who is following a user? I haven't been able to find anything in the doco.

We will add a new api to let developers to find a user's followers in one way friending scenario.
