We are currently developing several mobile apps for restaurants and
other local businesses with some content e.g. images, text and so on.
Now we would like to use cocoafish to store those content. The users,
which are using the app, won't have the possibilty
to change something there. Only we or our client (who offers the app)
should update or add new content.
My question is if there is already a good backend which we can use for
our client? Like some kind of a CMS.

Thanks,
Marco

Hi Marco,

Cocoafish provides it's own kind of CMS to be able to add, edit, and remove content from an app. For example you could add new photos to an album for a restaurant, or update the address of the restaurant through cocoafish.com. I suggest that you create the app using a separate Cocoafish account for that client, so they can have access to the data for just that app. If there are CMS features missing from cocoafish.com that you think would be useful, please let us know.

Coming soon we are also going to provide the ability to create an administrative user for the app which can access all data. Therefore another option for providing a CMS for your client's app would be to create a custom website that uses the Cocoafish API as the administrative user to update content for that app.

thanks!
Mike
