Public Domain License for CocoaAsyncSocket.h File Isn't Accurate

Hey guys!

Great library. This library says it's under the Public Domain License, however I noticed that the CocoaAsyncSocket.h file says this:

Copyright © 2015 Robbie Hanson. All rights reserved.

Because of this it's an exception for the Public Domain License - do you think it's possible to add an explicit public domain dedication to this file?
