How to convert Single XIB into multiple XIBs in a mac application

Hi All

               I am working on a mac application. It has a heavy XIB. In XCode 4.2, I have so much problem to work in IB. It takes more time to open and then save. Much time waste in a small IB changes.

             Can anyone please let me know how to convert XIB into multiple XIBs of my mac application so that I can easily work on IB.
