Regarding build error

I tried to build the project from source using make build and found this error not sure how to solve this error. Could anyone please point me to resources or guide on how to solve this error!!. Thanks in advance

If at all possible run `./dev build` instead of `make build`.

Otherwise, run `./dev gen` first and only after that run `make build`.
