REMINDER FOR SATURDAY JUNE 14th!!

The C.A. Sinclair Area Ritual School Day 2 is coming up on June 14th at Hay Market Lodge. Hay Market will be having their monthly breakfast with all the fixings (including scapple). A donation of $10 is recommended. Please RSVP so that Wor.Brad's team can make sure there is enough food for everyone.

The following attachment lists all the responsibilities for each lodge for this year's school (and the next few). Please encourage your members and all officers to attend even if you're/they're not responsible for roles. This is a great chance for our new Masons to see the ritual exemplified and to learn parts they may be interested in. It is a great opportunity to meet others from around the district and learn parts and build your lodges degree teams and the fellowship with our brethren is priceless. This is a good precursor for the Reid J. Simmons Academy in Roanoke in August.

All District 4 officers have been BCC'd on this email. Please Reply to All if you need assistance.

If you need assistance with filling roles for your lodges responsibilities, please let us know (Reply All). If you'd like to share the nights you practice and times for others to attend please share that information as well. Let's bring back the participation that District 4 has had in the past and work together to ensure the best ritual we can for the new candidates and Brothers we are bringing into our great craft.

If you need assistance with your assignments and haven't filled up your cast list, please let me know as soon as possible so we can work on finding someone to fill the role. Please send your cast list so that I can update the minutes to send out after Day 2.
