The Patriot Lodge is going to have a most interesting speaker — a GMU professor— at their Friday Stated Communication. 

I was asked to communicate to each of you and ask you to pass it on as well!

This Friday, George Mason University professor Antonio Carreño is going to visit The Patriot Lodge to talk with about Freemasonry in Latin America, Freemasonry in the United States and why the principles of Freemasonry did so well here but so poorly there. 

Dinner starts at 6 pm, the presentation at 6:30 (like dinner theater). And lodge meeting starts after the presentation. Because May is graduation month, and we’re an academic lodge, expect to see most of us in our academic robes. 

The lodge location is at the Roberts House on GMU‘s campus at the corner of Shenandoah River Lane and Roberts Road in Fairfax. Any questions, contact WM Ira Dreyfuss at 703-994-3355, which is his text/cell number.
