Indian Overseas Bank Debit Card on PayPal

Hey people,

Has anyone personally used (or know for sure) an Indian Overseas Bank International DEBIT card with PayPal or other international foreign currency payments?

I have a Federal bank debit card that wont work online (except Indian shopping sites) while my Axis bank debit card works just like a credit card with PayPal and other websites. I am looking to open an IOB account and was wondering if they had cards that work online. Bank officials have very limited info.

Thanks man, but I specifically need to know if this would work on an IOB debit card. I already have Axis bank's card that works everywhere.

You can try using SBI's E Card Facility. It acts as a virtual credit card. And you can use it anywhere apart from the payments with EMI.
