ITIL Version 3 Foundation' training program

We have confirmed the training in Chennai on 22nd and 23rd of
November, 2008. The venue details would be sent to you on
confirmation of attendence. Kindly confirm attendence at the
earliest.

Fee per participant is as follows:


Cost : Rs. 12,000 + 12.36% Service Tax
(Includes Training, Course Material, Online LMS, Lunch, Coffee)
Cost does not include certification fees of 160$ which can be taken up
at any Prometric or VUE center.


Also please let us know if you would be accompanied by any of your
colleagues / friends. If so, we could work out a group discount for
you.

The payment has to made on 22nd November, as cash or cheque at the
venue, before the commencement of the training.

As you must be aware ITIL® (IT Infrastructure Library) is the most
widely accepted approach to IT Service Management in the world. The
latest version of ITIL provides a detailed set of best practice for IT
Service Management. This Foundation level course is an intensive
introduction to the ITIL Service Management Framework and offers an
excellent preparation for the ITIL V3 Foundation Certification exam.
This training prepares you to pass the ITIL Foundations V3
Certification exam with ease. This training is targeted at individuals
with at least one to two years of IT experience.

All the requisite information for preparing for the exam is covered
during the two days. Training material and workbook will be provided
during the training and after the training, access to a practice
website will be provided to aid in exam preparation. The facilitator
has trained over a thousand students in companies like EDS, TCS,
Supervalu etc and has a near 100 % pass rate.
