Dear COBRA users,

I would like to annouce that we will have a Summer School in constraint-based modeling, "Integration of multi-omics data into genome-scale models for biomedical and nutritional applications". The course takes place in Nancy, France, from 22nd to 26th July 2024.

Topics will include basic principles of COBRA, integration of omics data into genome-scale models, and building and interrogating personalized microbiome models.
