The excel model is read into matlab and an error occurs.

         When I read the excel model into matlab, the program reports an error, as follows：

         The index is outside the range of the array.

Error addReaction (line 316)

         Scolumn(end+1,1) = stoichCoeffList(i);

Error createModel (line 153)

     Model =

     Error xls2model (line 253)

Model =

createModel(rxnAbrList,rxnNameList,rxnList,revFlagList,lowerBoundList,upperBoundList,subSystemList,grRuleList);

     

    I am strictly in accordance with the standards given by cobra.I do not know what to do？

Hi liuyw

Could you provide us the excel files you use? Without the excel files it is impossible to determine the cause of this error.

And, could you update your toolbox, as the version you use is not up to date.
