I couldn’t find the author’s email so I thought to about asking the community about this issue.

it is stated that the fatty acid stoichiometric coefficients were calculated from the data of L. Lactis, which are shown in the picture. Although, I don’t know how they reached to the coefficients shown in the matlab command line for each amino acid.

Any help would be appreciated.
