Obejective function on model

Hello All,

          I have a dobt if objective function is set at some other flux than biomass, the value of biomass becomes zero which is not feasible. Can Anyone suggest me if I need to put constraint on biomass or model need some changes or what should i look for?

Check the medium inputs for your model, also some of the components in biomass equation needs to be altered (added/removed) for realistic output. 

What is your objective function?
