I can't add a reaction with a two word metabolite.

Hello,

I am trying to add a reaction to my model with a two word metabolite eg 'ATP C10H12N5O13P3'.  I have tried to use the addReaction function, this does not work. I have tried to export the model as an excel file, write the reaction in and then load it into matlab. However I get an error similar to

"Unable to perform assignment because the size of the left side is 7-by-1 and the size of the right side is 1-by-6."

I don't want to change my metabolite name as this would mean I would need to change it in every reaction.

Is there anything I can do?
