Hello,

I'm adding a new reaction to an existing model. I already added the metabolites and the reaction with Cobrapy., no problem there. My question is how to properly add these new metabolites (consumed and produced) to the biomass reaction?

Also, my model has a reaction named GROWTH and when I checked, this is the output:

model.reactions.get_by_id('GROWTH')

Reaction identifier

GROWTH

Name

Artificial reaction

I appreciate any help. Thanks!
