Hi all, just a thread to generate discussion rather than ask for help, but to you who are reading this, what are the biggest discoveries we have made using Flux Balance modelling? For me, it's the fact that we can predict essential reactions that have to carry flux to observe a given phenotype. This was done to model the regulation of photosynthesis in microalgae!
