Import excel files in COBRApy

Hello.
I would like to know if it is possible to import the model file directly in excel format in cobrapy, and if so, how to do it.
If not, what format should I convert this file to?

Since there is no standard format for models in Excel, we do not offer this function. Are you able to export your model to SBML?

Otherwise, you can write your own model builder code for your specific Excel file format. I would start with pandas, which makes it convenient to work with spreadsheets.
