Strange value for objective function?

Dear cobrapy community,

I loaded the human metabolic model (https://github.com/SysBioChalmers/Human-GEM) with cobrapy, alternately using the yml and the xml file.  The objective function is said to be MAR13082. However, when I print the objective using "print (model.objective)", I get the following output

Maximize
1.0*MAR13082 - 1.0*MAR13082_reverse_11d67

Can you please tell me what this means?
