Uptake rates dont affect biomass anymore

Hello!

I am using a model for cho cells. I used to constrain the model with different experimental uptake rates and optimize for biomass getting different results.

This week the results stopped making sense. No matter what uptake rates I used, the biomass is always the same.

I started debugging. Reinstalled cobra, reinstalled python, reinstalled the linear solvers, tried old codes that I used a month and a year ago and somehow I can't replicate the results. I changed computers 2 times and Im getting the same result. I have manually changed the constraints and the objective function is always the same.
