Pre-COBRA 2024 openCOBRA Workshop (23rd October)

Dear developers of open-source software for constraint-based reconstruction and analysis,

you are invited to an openCOBRA Workshop on 23rd October at UCSD, the day before the 9th COBRA Conference in San Diego, CA, USA, from 24-26 October, 2024. It shall be mainly an in-person meeting, but with a Zoom option for those who cannot make it to San Diego.

The overall aims of this workshop are to:
1) exchange progress on the development of open-source COBRA software (irrespective of language implementation),
2) exchange ideas on how to enhance interoperability between different COBRA software implementations,
3) provide a forum for discussion of additional topics of concern to open-source COBRA software developers.

Your participation is vital if you develop, or supervise the development of, COBRA code. Prospective participants are kindly invited to complete the following form to express their interest:

Please complete it by May 15th. Prospective participants will be invited to an openCOBRA Zoom call to work toward a workshop agenda by taking feedback from prospective participants on additional topics.
