Need Team Info: Butterworth Competition

According to Kristin's email, all 8 of us can enter. At this time, they have not yet updated their form to allow this.

In order to sign you up, I need you to fill out your information in a spreadsheet I've created in our Google Drive: /[191] UCI Med Center Project/Butterworth/Butterworth Team Info .

Also we need to decide who will be the project leader. I don't see a description of the duties for this role. Aside from helping to organize the team itself, I assume that person will function as the point of contact for Butterworth competition personnel and arranging meetings with our mentor.

We also need a team name. Please include this in the spreadsheet, as many as you like. We will decide on them later by 1/31.

I need all of this information ASAP so we can enroll by 1/31!
