Missing class Tuesday

Hello Six and team:

Apologize for the late notice, however I have an interview at 1am on Tuesday 21st January and therefore I won't be able to attend class for progress report 2. For updates on user testing, the document is almost ready and will be discussed and hopefully finalized at team meeting on Wednesday. As in actually contacting Charles and the potential users that will participate in the testing, my goal is that we can make the user testing process very self-explanatory with clear instructions and possibly can be done online without team members have to actually schedule meeting time with them(for efficiency and also due to the limited availability of management level users at UCI Medical Center).

Hi team:

As mentioned in the last email I won't attend class today due to an interview scheduled at 1pm. Copied it from the progress report 1. I don't remember Six saying he wanted a slide for user testing plan so didn't add anything for that part yet. 

@Jason, do you think we should email Charles about contact information of the potential participants? In addition, I am thinking it would be better if we can make the user testing package in a way that we don't have to actually schedule meetings every time with them, they can just receive the package and do it any time when they are free, and send the results back(fill in a questionnaire&follow-up questions, etc). We could talk more on Wednesday about this. But I will finish writing up the document today(as in Tuesday since its 2am already...) so email me if anything!
