Hi Charles:

This is Cherrie from Medstream team. I will be performing User Testing representing Medstream with your team. Webex sounds good. We're hoping to have a 15- 20 minutes session with each of the users so enough information will be gathered. In regarding to the meeting time, we can aim for some time next week via Webex. Monday 8am-9am, Tuesday-Thursday any time before 11am work for me. Please let us know if any of that time works for you and your team and how many users are we expecting to involve in the test.

In addition, my registered email for Webex address is yu...@uci.edu, feel free to schedule meetings as you see fit.

Hi Charles,

What kind of user testing did you want to do for MedStream? I remember you mentioned you wanted to test with UC Irvine Health personnel. What are we testing for? Looking for new requirements or just trying to get feedback on what's there? Would these users prefer an online survey or should we conduct the assessment in person? How much time will these people have available? Who are we testing with?

In addition to this, we are also planning to complete user testing with UCI students to get feedback on the usability of the interface.
