I hope this email finds you well. 

I wanted to reach out to you to see if you were in town this week. We have our product specification oral presentation this Thursday, April 3rd for the Butterworth competition and we're finalizing the time of our presentation. For myself, I prefer later in the day, sometime around 4pm, but I'm flexible to move it earlier for the rest of the time. We'd really like you to be there, and hope you'll be able to make it. 

We'll send you another email when we've finalized our time schedule.

Before 2:30pm will also work for us.  We will be at UCI for another meeting from 11am to 12pm, so after 12pm (before 2:30pm) would be great for us (around 12:30 would be ideal if you have that kind of flexibility).

Hi Sarah,

Confirming that we are team MediaStream from 1:20-1:30pm.

I think Kristin will have that taken care of as long as you go to the right parking structure. This is what was mentioned in the email: 

MENTORS: I will have a parking permit for you for pick up in the Anteater Parking Structure (off of E Peltason and Anteater Drive).
Here is a link to the campus map: http://today.uci.edu/pdf/UCI_12_map_campus_core.pdf The parking structure is in quadrant H-10 on the map. Please allow about 15 minutes to walk from the parking structure to Donald Bren Hall. Donald Bren Hall is  Bldg 314 on the map and is in quadrant G-8 next the UClub.
