Hey guys,

I put some initial outline drafts in to get it started. Looking at some of the competition out there we should think about the things that make our product better or how our service may be better.

Included ideas:
  • Sending out summaries to users - with top tweets/stories, keyword counts, sentiment percentages per x-time frame
Still thinking of some other stuff we can include, but a lot of the charts and architecture stuff we should have more or less of in or other documentation.

Not sure what day those time slots for the presentation are, we should email Tim and see if he is free that day and see if he can make out presentation.

This document should be easy just need to think of differentiating elements of our product to some of the other competitors. (which is always the hardest part haha)

All the best,
Kevin Lee

Its all good haha I think we're pretty scattered.

For the competition, I wrote in the Doc that we are building MedSpy as part of the product. Which is the part of the software that grabs all the data from the sources. Just giving it a name so we dont have to redraw images and stuff. I think it still works.

We could change it if it seems to inconsistent.

Been working on the "Product Specification Form 2013_14 WORKING DRAFT" today. I'll try to work on it throughout the day. Feel free to jump in whenever you have time. I've been using MediaStream, is that okay?

Yep, thats fine.

I wrote on the doc you made, https://docs.google.com/document/d/1n32gSdk_chiKVi1cO62qZkf9VfCuJBmA00keWX36J1Q/edit#, so you can use that stuff too!

Is the entire product specification supposed to be one page or however many pages plus a one-page summary of it all?

According to my understanding, the entire product specification is one page.

I've created a new doc "Summary-One Page" to contain our draft. I've written the first part (question 1). Who is taking charge of the remaining parts?
