I personally rent my servers through the EA game and their interface on the PS4 platform. And despite this, none of the support people can/will or are able to support anything when the server is messing up. Some even refer to the server hosting company, which is sad, as the hosting company only consider EA to be their customer. Not us. We on consoles are the customer's of EA. Let there be zero doubt about that!
Next. Since EA Support were so kindly to forward me to their server hosting company, we have run very detailed and thorough tests, even though they didnt have to care about me being the EA customer. And the tests were 24/7 monitoring on/from both ends and comparing the data. And the verdict is clear. The server hosting is working perfectly fine! And so is the connection to aka my own home and PS4. Perfect line, no package loss, no line loss. And very stable latency 24/7. And still we observe how the server instance is repeatedly messing up, dropping players, lagging in the gameplay, even total crashing, etc etc. Server hosting company is pointing towards the EA backend with the user domain controller that EA controls and that the interface from that to the server side software they are hosting is full of bugs, which I also can confirm based on the data we harvested.

Battlefield 2 is a classic multiplayer game that still boasts an incredibly strong community. You can still find full servers at all times of the day, and the community is very dedicated. Recently, EA announced that GameSpy, the server company that hosts the Battlefield 2 server list, would be shutting down on June 30th, 2014, effectively rendering Battlefield 2 unplayable. Thankfully, the community has responded and fan-made patches are in development to allow players to continue playing long after GameSpy shuts down. See Step 1 below to learn how to connect using GameSpy, how to connect after GameSpy closes its doors, and how to play once you are connected.
The Titan mode involves players from opposing teams whose objective is to destroy the other team's Titan,[10] while trying to defend their own. Titans are massive, heavily armored, flying warships that have powerful force fields protecting them from enemy intrusion or conventional weapons fire. As the force fields are up during the first part of a battle, players must fight to control the anti-Titan missile silos scattered about the battlefield on the ground. Titans can be moved around the battlefield, but only by the team's Commander. Each Titan can defend itself and contribute to the fight on the ground with 4 anti-ground guns and 2 anti-aircraft guns. Titan movement can cause latency issues, so some players prefer not to move them at all. Some servers even disable the commander's ability to move the Titan.

EA provided a notice to Battlefield 4 players, saying that the company has noted the longer queue times and the excitement for what's next. Because of that, the server capacity has been increased in the US West region to compensate for the influx in traffic:
