As of August 23 2010 the outreach efforts to recruit volunteers for
the Neighborhood Crime Watch Patrol (NCWP) has resulted in the signing
up of 30+ Volunteers. In order to more effectively manage the
schedules and issues that are specific to the NCWP members have
decided to form the a separate Google group is called the Old Bridge
Guardians- which will serve as the forum for the residents of Old
Bridge who have signed up to volunteer for he neighborhood watch
group. This group is intended as a closed group to share the schedules
of the patrols and will work closely with the Old Bridge Police Dept
to report incidents.
The NCWP group had its first in person meeting on August 22, 2010
If you are interested to enroll in this group please send an email to

Came to learn of the neighborhood watch program from a flyer I saw
posted at Trans OB Road and would like to be part of this.
My thanks to the people who have taken the initiative to get this
started. I was shocked to learn of the tragedy and feel that we
have to work with local authorities to improve security for our
families. I am glad to know that there are like minded people in the
community.
I am traveling during Sept and will be available from mid Oct. Please
let me know how to I join.

Regards
Jerald
