A quick survey of the ponds along the Platte River in Adams County today turned up a Surf Scoter in the small pond on the SE corner of 74th Ave and the Platte River.
Park on the SW corner, walk along 74th Ave over the river then descend the embankment on the east side and walk below the bridge (74th Ave) and south towards the small pond.
