There was a male Magnolia Warbler in the "Warbler Woods" along Boulder Creek below CU/Folsom Stadium at 4:30 this afternoon. It was in a mixed flock of Western Tanagers, Yellow Warblers, BC Chickadees, and Warbling Vireo. I wish I'd had more time to search the flock.

I found the bird briefly at 9 AM, moving by itself from treetop to treetop in the area of the large sandstone "table" on the south side of the creek. Lots of singing Yellow Warblers in this area.
