I know the old-timers know about this location but thought some new Colorado birders might be interested. I easily found two singing Grace's Warlbers at the junction of Hwy 149 and the Sapinero Cut-off road (Gunnison County Road 26) on the evening of May 30th. I did see both well also. The habitat in this area is ponderosa pine which is where this species breeds in western Colorado.

I encountered several Sagebrush Sparrows and my first Common Nighthawk of the year during a survey the next morning (May 31st) at the old Iola townsite area in Curecanti National Recreation Area. I have done this survey before and encountered only 1 or 2 Sagebrush Sparrows but on the 31st heard at least 10 singing.
