Judy Scheig found a Chukar in a yard at 3620 11th Avenue, Congress Park, Denver at about 10:30 A.M. January 27. The bird was still there at 11:45. Photos. There doesn't appear to be a band, but the bird did allow some approach to about twenty feet. It didn't fly.
