On a Yampa Valley Birding Club outing on Emerald Mountain (western backdrop to Steamboat Springs) a pair of purple martins were seen. Thanks to Tresa Moulton and Katie Weeks for their great spotting skills. Tom Litteral, Steamboat Springs, Routt Co.
