I stopped to soon!  We continued to the roads on the Verhoeff Farm (JJ&26.5) for the Hudsonian Godwit.  Word is that irrigation will cease tonight and the bird is likely to depart.  In fact it was flying off at least temporarily as we left.  Also present were 2 Semi-palmated Plovers and 4 Long-billed Dowitchers

 

Finally we ended our day at Lake Hasty State Park Campground where we had a female Rose-breasted Gorsbeak.

All,

The Hudwit is still present this morning along road JJ just west of the intersection of Road 26.5 and JJ. It is in a small pond along with six Long-billed Dowitchers.
