Greetings all
For prospective Brant chasers, note that birds start drifting off not long after sunrise (maybe 30 minutes). There are so many birds in constant motion (swimming about)!that birds can disappear -- and take a long time to relocate. One particularly interesting hybrid required 45 minutes of effort to refind. After watching the Brant for 10-15 minutes, it disappeared and we never did see it again
