Had at least one Bohemian waxwing in a flock of 10 or so in the creek on the north side of Coal Mine about halfway between Pierce and Yukon at 0915 yesterday, 5/5; could not find it again at 0945. Also had a brief appearing Virginia at 1000 on our feeder about 1/2 mile NW. Also, regular appearances of yellow-rumped warblers, white-crowned sparrows, and a black-headed grosbeak.
Is it I, o is this an exceptionally birdy spring?
