Was admiring a pair of snapping turtles floating on the surface of Sawhill pond 1, when a Green Heron flew out of the reeds, towards Ricky Weiser wetlands; where it stayed for further observations.

I was out there this morning, and managed to spot the Green Heron as well. As a bonus, I saw a pair of Virginia Rail chicks, and a young moose! Yowza!
