This morning a
Pectoral Sandpiper and 4
Sanderlings were flying repeatedly past the Chatfield Swim Beach without ever landing.
I saw individual Sabine's Gulls here and there, I think adding up to at least 2 and maybe 3 birds (all juv.). Also 1 Common Tern and 4 Forster's Terns, and 1 Black-crowned Night-Heron. Land birding was mostly rather slow, except some nice flocks of Mountain Bluebird and Western Bluebirds were at the campground.
A female Townsend's Warbler visited my yard in the rain at the end of the day.
