The storm yesterday brought in a lot of birds into Cheesman Park and the Botanic Gardens in the middle of Denver.  After the 3 WeTa and a female BHGr in little Cheesman, I went into the gardens where I saw a BlWa, texting Jared Del Rosso and Chris Rurik all the while.  Chris beelined over, and he and I proceeded to see 2 ViWa and a BTGW (in back of The Hive) (yes, different than the Blackpoll seen earlier), and he may have more to report. Blackpoll seems to have exited, but there's a lot of activity.

Hello all,
Clearly this was my first post, and I am still learning the conventions.  The Virginia's Warblers and the Black-Throated Gray Warbler  (which I've sinced learned is BTYW !) were behind the restaurant called the Hive in the Denver Botanic gardens.  Who knows what these afternoon storms brought in!  Happy birding,
