House Finch disease prevalent in Colorado

COBirders--  While in my back yard this afternoon I saw a sluggish house finch.  Since he allowed me to approach him I could see he clearly was suffering from conjunctivitis.  This is a deadly, communicable disease often seen among house finches in our state.
