Red-headed Woodpecker in Ridgway

This afternoon I found a juvenile Red-headed Woodpecker in Rollans Park next to the Uncompahgre River in Ridgway.  The large white wing panels definitely caught my eye as I thought about how quiet the park was compared to my last visit.  I quickly changed my mind about this visit. Luckily, I had decided to carry my camera today.
