El paso Warbler ID help (pictures)

What kind of warbler is this? Is it a juvenile? The coloration around the eye is baffling. The last picture (*6849*) is the best to look at.

Seen in Palmer Lake at the creekside walk, which is a very interesting area, See John Drummonds post from yesterday.
