After being alerted by another Evergreen birder, we found 8 Common Poorwill at the Centennial Cone parking area at 8500 feet. Six heard calling at 8 pm. Found two sitting on the road out of the parking area. Dry rocky shrubs and grassland make it an ideal habitat.
