Today had a nice diversity of species captured including five warbler species. Eight species were new for the year or season (Least Flycatcher, Townsend's Warbler, Black- and- white Warbler, Red-breasted Nuthatch, Lincoln's Sparrow, Bullock's Oriole, and Broad-tailed Hummingbird.) We have caught three species of Hummingbirds in the last 3 days- Broad-tailed, Rufous, and Black-chinned. No recaptures have been caught yet this week.
