snow goose, 48th and Ward, Jefferson County

Hey all,

I saw a snow goose while driving north on Ward Road at 48th this morning about 9:30am.  It was mixed in with a flock of about 20 Canadian geese.  I believe there may also have been a second one, a juvenile, in the group as well.  The flock was on the east side of Ward, between 48th and 49th.  I pulled into a parking lot for a quick picture (attached...that's Ward Rd in the background).
