ZONE-TAILED HAWK very close to Baca County

I saw a Zone-tailed Hawk in Oklahoma maybe within a mile of Colorado in Oklahoma this morning.  One was photographed this month at Carrizo Canyon in Baca County, today’s bird wasn’t far away.  Maybe Picture Canyon is also not too far away.
