All,
This morning the east CU Campus was quite birdy, with 7 warbler species
including a female Black and White at the small bridge which connects the
two ponds. Also present were two Chimney Swifts. Peter Burke found, and
showed me, the Black Phoebe on the west side of the Hwy 287 bridge over
Boulder Creek. It spent much time around the small backwater to the
south, but Peter said it went under the bridge a couple of times: nest
building?
Cheers, Peter Gent.
