---On October 8 at Rocky Mountain Arsenal Southern Lake Ladora, Orien Richmond reported 200 Sandhill Cranes (Flyover), Cassin’s Kingbird, 5 American Tree Sparrows, and Lincoln’s Sparrow.  On October 11 at Rocky Mountain Arsenal  NWR, Lake Ladora, Bob and Nancy Bierling reported Red-throated Loon.

---On October 8 at Aurora Reservoir, Cole Sage reported WESTERN GULL.  On October 9 at Aurora Reservoir, Gregg Goodrich reported WESTERN GULL.  On October 10 at Aurora Reservoir, Bill Schreitz and Diane Roberts reported 2000 Sandhill Cranes (Flyover), and WESTERN GULL.  On October 11 at Aurora Reservoir, Ben Sampson and Kevin Kern reported 2 Greater White-fronted Goose, 2 Bufflehead, WESTERN GULL, Ruby-crowned Kinglet, and Wilson’s Warbler.

ARCHULETA COUNTY:

---On October 8 at Walden Ponds, David Ely, Will Anderson, David Leatherman, Nathan Pieplow, Katie Lehman and David Haskell reported 4 Pectoral Sandpipers and Vermilion Flycatcher.  The Vermilion was seen fly catching over the water.  On October 9 at Walden Ponds, Matthew Wistrand, Bill Kaempfer, Phil Lyon, and Eva Matthews Lark reported 310 Sandhill Crane (Flyover), 4 Pectoral Sandpiper, Ruby-crowned Kinglet, 2 Clay-colored Sparrow, and 4 Lincoln’s Sparrow.  On October 11 at Walden Ponds, Peter Burke and David Dowell reported Vermilion Flycatcher 6 Ruby-crowned Kinglet, Clay-colored Sparrow, and 3 Brewer’s Sparrow.

---On October 11 a block or 2 north of Denver Country Club, someone reported to Denver Audubon a BRAMBLING has been visiting their back yard.  They do not want visitors so that is the reason for the vague location.

---On October 11 at Cherry Creek Trail S from Walker Road, Hugh Kingery reported 3 Cattle Egret.  On October 11 on Cherry Creek Trail South end to Walker Road Gravel  pond, Tim Ryan reported Eastern Phoebe, Woodhouse’s Scrub-Jay, Winter Wren, 2 Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, 2 Ruby-crowned Kinglet, 2 Mountain Bluebird, 3 Orange-crowned Warbler, and Wilson’s Warbler.

LARIMER COUNTY:
---On October 7 at Wellington SWA, Andy Bankert and Nick Komar reported two mystery kingbirds.  One appears to be Cassin’s Kingbird and the other perhaps Couch’s.  On October 8 at Wellington SWA—Cobb Lake Unit, Andy Bankert, Nick Komar, and David Wade reported Common Loon, Cassin’s Kingbird and continuing mystery Kingbird (latest thought is that it is a possible hybrid), Marsh Wren, Rock Wren, 2 Ruby-crowned Kinglet, 15 American Pipit, 2 Lincoln’s Sparrow, 7 Orange-crowned Warbler.  On October 10 at Wellington SWA, Andy Bankert reported Northern Bobwhite, 300 Sandhill Cranes, Common Loon, 2 Cassin’s Kingbird, mystery Yellow-bellied Kingbird, Rock Wren, 3 Ruby-crowned Kinglet, 5 Mountain Bluebird, 3 Hermit Thrush, 2 Sage Thrasher, and 2 American Pipit.
