Hi All,

The Crook CBC was held on Saturday the 28th. 16 observers in six parties totaled 76 species, with three new to the count, and 45440 individuals. The new ones were a Gray Catbird, Bufflehead and American Coot! We totaled over 19000 Snow Geese and 2300 Ross's Geese both highs for those species. There was a lot of damage to the understory along the river from this Fall's floods. As a result there were far fewer birds along the river. All in all it was a pretty good outing though.
