Unusual City Park birds, Denver County

This morning we looked for the 4 double-crested cormorants reported recently,and now there are 8 on Ferrill Lake. Watching them was a bald eagle in a tree on the island. There were 8 species of diving ducks in small numbers, including the 2 female red-breasted mergansers.
