Hi all

Due to Lonetree Creek flashflooding (I presume) Nunn's Dover Reservoir is chockful of H2O.  I've NEVER seen water here in 10 years.

At the corner of Hwy 85/WCR 108 SE corner (you can't miss it!) before the bridge that crosses what used to be a dry Lonetree Creek.  This private area has a riparian ribbon that extends NW to SE for one mile across section; we (Scott Rashid team) get access to it each Nunn Christmas Bird Count.  Great for owls (Great Horned, Eastern Screech, Long- and Short-eareds).

It looks like Lonetree Creek washed out from where it crosses WCR 108 (west of Hwy 85) all the way to Dover Reservoir.  Similar to Owl Creek drainage crossing CPER up the road.

Hey Scott--FYI it is the entire basin surrounded by those trees.

I wonder what surprises we might see here this fall migration ... :-)

Thanks Gary Lefko, Nunn
